We had a wonderful time exploring Flanders from this fabulous and spacious property. The house had great facilities and was excellent value for money. The bedrooms were big and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hostess was extremely nice and made us feel at home. We also appreciated the secure off-site parking and the proximity to a nearby beer pub. Highly recommended!

This cozy B&B offers secure garage parking, a huge and delicious breakfast with plenty of choices, and the option to take breakfast on-the-go. the owner, Sabine, is extremely helpful and accommodating, even going out of her way to get a bus pass and assisting with luggage. the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and recently renovated.

Stayed in a beautiful holiday home with great city views and free parking. Enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast every morning. So convenient that I had to park my car in a location nearby. Wow, just wow!

we had a fantastic time in ghent at a spacious and well-equipped house with a covered parking space nearby. the neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. the owner, sabine, was kind and helpful. highly recommendable.

Spacious, luxurious house with a self-containing apartment on the top floor. Kids enjoyed Netflix on the TV. Good bathroom facilities including a nice main bathroom with a bath. Friendly host who provided two separate front door keys. Convenient parking in a garage box 5 minutes away. Free 20-minute parking available in front of the house.

The rooms at 1,2,Trois.Le Roi are so cozy and comfortable with a flat-screen TV and a seating area. It feels like being at home!

Personally, I didn't love the bath and shower combo in the bathrooms, but that's just me.

One key advantage was the hostess, who was extremely friendly and accommodating. She made our early check-out hassle-free and ensured that our stay felt like home. the location of the property was great, with easy access to restaurants and shops within a 1.2-mile distance. We also enjoyed the walk into the nearby city center, which allowed us to both explore and get some exercise.

The only minor issue we encountered was the relatively steep and narrow stairs inside the property. While this is common in many houses and restaurants in the area, it is worth noting for those who may have difficulty with stairs.
